Jan. 20 M Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday – Holiday Observance
Jan. 21 T Day and Evening Instruction Begins
Jan. 25 S Saturday Instruction Begins

NOTE:  Saturday classes begin January 25 and meet every Saturday except February 15 and April 19th. Saturday classes end on May 17.

Feb. 2 SU Last Day To Drop Regular Session Classes And Receive a Refund

Note: Short-term and open-entry classes must be dropped within 10 percent of first day of class meeting to receive a refund

Feb. 14 F Lincoln’s Birthday – Holiday Observance
Feb. 15-16 S-SU. Saturday/Sunday Classes Do Not Meet
Feb. 17 M Washington’s Birthday – Holiday Observance
March 21 F Last Day to File Petitions for AA or AS degree/Certificate
April 14-20 M-SU Spring Recess
April 18 F Cesar Chavez – Holiday Observance
April 21 M Classes Resume
May 3 S Last Day to Withdraw from Regular Session Classes and Receive A “W”

NOTE:  All outstanding fees are still due even if classes are on this day.  The Last Day to Drop Without a “W” appearing on transcript may vary for Short-Term and Open-Entry, Open-Exit Classes.
