Release of Information
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-380, as amended) restricts release of educational records of students without the written consent from the student to any individual, agency or organization.
Enrollment Verifications
Enrollment verifications are processed within 5-7 business days and confirm:
- Enrollment Dates
- Current Enrollment Status
- Full/Part-Time Status
- Number of Units Completed
- Grade Point Average (G.P.A.)
- Major
- Semester/Term Dates
- Date of Graduation
- Degree Awarded
Verification requests can be submitted by mail, fax, or in person.
