Release of Information
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-380, as amended) restricts release of educational records of students without the written consent from the student to any individual, agency or organization. Student Services may only release student records directly to the student, unless prior written authorization is given by the student. By filling the Authorization for Release of Student Records form you give permission for others to view and have access to your student records. By default, your records will not be released to anyone else until this form is properly filled out.

Student Enrollment Verifications
Enrollment verifications are processed within 5-7 business days and confirm:
- Enrollment Dates
- Current Enrollment Status
- Full/Part-Time Status
- Number of Units Completed
- Grade Point Average (G.P.A.)
- Semester/Term Dates
- Date of Graduation
- Degree Awarded
Verification requests can be submitted by mail, fax, or in person.
