Peralta Matters – Achievement Gap

2 April 2015

This month on Peralta Matters, we’re investigating some of the ways we address the Achievement Gap here at the Peralta Colleges. First up, Interim Dean of Student Success and Equity Lasana Hotep talks about some of the projects he is developing District-wide. Laney College student Kevin Sosa describes the TRiO program, one of the many Learning Communities throughout the District available to support students. And Dr. Herbert Kitchen relates the 40 years of scholarships provided by the Peralta Association of African American Affairs.
