Even though most applicants and interns are just getting started with getting in as part-time faculty, it’s important to prepare to apply for full-time positions. In a previous workshop, Vanson Nguyen overview of the paper application process (http://web.peralta.edu/facultydiversity/?p=771). In this workshop, we will quickly review the paper application process and go further into the steps of the interview.

What: Getting Past the Gatekeepers — Applying for Full-Time Faculty Positions

When: Friday, April 29th, 10 am – 12 noon.

Where: Peralta Community College District Offices (333 East 8th Street, Oakland, CA 94606). Map of District Offices.

Who Should Attend: Anyone interested in applying for full-time positions in the Peralta Community College District.
