Health & Wellness Tips from Peralta Health Services Staff

  3. Have trouble getting motivated in the morning?  Put some high-energy music on, you’ll wiggle right out of bed! – Student Health Intern Meghan Moriarty
  4. Allow yourself a screen-free 30 minutes before bed. The light from electronic screens signals your brain to stay awake. By allowing yourself this time before bed, your brain’s activity will slow down and prepare for sleep – Student Health Intern Meghan Moriarty
