ID Badge Request

The procedure for obtaining an ID badge has been changed to an online system. New and replacement employee badges should be requested by the departmental hiring managers, deans, presidents, and Vice Chancellors. Click here for instructions on how to submit an ID badge request.

New Hire Priority Dates:

HR will process new hire requests in order received.

Group 1: November 1st, 2018

Group 2: December 1st, 2018

Written Employment Verification Requests

Most requests will be processed in 3-5 business days. Employment verification for mortgage or loan companies, and that require detailed salary information, may require more time for processing. Please consider this time frame when submitting your requests.

Minimum Wage – Berkeley City College

Effective July 1, 2019, the minimum wage for the City of Berkeley increase to $15.59 per hour. Please note this change when initiating Electronic Personnel Action Forms (ePAF) for new Berkeley City College (BCC) student employees.
