Student Employment

Summer Session Dates for Student Employment

5/28/19 – 8/16/19

  • These are the dates student employees are allowed to work up to 40 hours per week
  • To be eligible for student employment in the summer, students must have completed a minimum of six (6) semester units during the preceding Spring semester OR be enrolled in three (3) or more units during the summer session (AP 7270)
  • A separate ePAF is required for summer employment (in the comment section, please indicate if the student was enrolled in six units in the 2019 Spring semester or currently enrolled in 3 units in 2019 summer session)

(HR may request proof of eligibility documents on a as needed basis)
