Retention
Retention Rates are percentages of students who finish a class given that they have not dropped the class by census date.
There are many factors that influence retention rates, such as difficulty of subject, student preparedness, instructor, and so on. Although some of these factors are difficult to isolate, retention rates provide a method of comparing programs and student populations.
The following reports provide retention rates at Peralta colleges for the Fall 2010 semester.
