    University Application: You can use ONE of the following methods to apply:
·         Start Online application at www.calstate.edu/apply – Email intappl@csusm.edu when you get to the payment section and we will send you an application fee waiver code to finish the application.
OR,
·         Use the  paper application – Application fee automatically waived.
    Copy of Passport
    Affidavit of financial support – (Bank statement and/or Scholarship letter)
    English  Proficiency Test Scores  (TOEFL or IELTS), if required:
TOEFL is usually cleared with an approved written communication course   
    Official transcripts
 
BACHELOR’S DEGREES:  Transfer– 35 undergraduate majors to choose from: learn more  
UPDATE:  CSUSM will offer software and electrical Engineering in 2019
Admission requirements:  2.0 cumulative gpa for units attempted
