 Planned Application Maintenance:

Title: PeopleSoft Bundle Release Installation – Outage Scheduled 3/18/2016
Start Date: Friday, March 18, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Duration: Approximately 4 hours
Maintenance: Bundle Release Communication   

General Impact:

The Peralta District Colleges are in the process of implementing the most recent PeopleSoft bundle (software) release for Campus Solutions to our information systems.  All online services associated with this PeopleSoft enhancement will be unavailable for approximately four (4) hours on Friday, March 18, 2016 from 5pm-9pm.

Passport, PROMT, Admissions & Records services, counseling computer functions, and all payment systems will be unavailable. This update is necessary to keep current and compliant with Federal and State regulations.

Services will resume after 9pm, this same day, Friday, March 18, 2016. If you have any questions regarding the scheduled outage, please contact the IT helpdesk at (510) 587-7800 or email us at helpdesk@peralta.edu.
