Payroll Announcement – 12/07/16

The holidays and 2016 year end are approaching quickly. Here are a few important reminders:

  • W-2 processing will occur during the month of January. By law, W-2s must be postmarked no later than January 31st. We will make every effort to mail W-2s prior to January 31, 2017. We will send out an announcement when they are mailed so everyone can watch for their mail.
  • Please verify the address on your pay statement. This is the address used to mail your W-2. If you have moved and your address is not current, please visit the Self Service Address option available in PROMT. Students can update via the Passport Student Portal. If neither of these options are available to you, then please access the Change of Address form and submit it directly to HR.

Note: The U.S. Postal Service will not forward W-2 forms even if you have filed a change of address with them; instead they will be returned to our office.
