Citation Administration Review
Level I

Citations will not be recommended for dismissal for lost or stolen permit(s), improperly and/or not displayed permit(s), not knowing the regulations, and/or not seeing the signs.

Level I AppealPursuant to 40215 CVC; you may file a request for a Level I Appeal; however, this must be done within 21 calendar days from the issuance of a notice of parking violation or 14 calendar days from the mailing of a notice of delinquent parking violation.  Please attach your citation and any evidence which support your request.  Evidence will not be returned.

If your citation is over the 21 calendar day timeframe, please mail your payment to:  Parking Enforcement Center – PO Box 5010, San Ramon, CA  94583-0810.  Make check or money order payable to:  Peralta Community College District.

Level II Appeal:  If you are dissatisfied with the results of the Level I Appeal, you may file a Level II Appeal; however, this must be done within 21 calendar days following the mailing of the results of the Level I Appeal.  The Level II Appeal can either be conducted in person or in writing.  All applicable fines are due when requesting a Level II Appeal.
