Primavera Measure A Project Controls

Through the Measure A Bond funding, Peralta Community College District is engaged in a widespread facilities upgrade over the next five to ten years. Peralta chose to implement the Primavera Project Controls solution to support the project management infrastructure required to implement this ambitious infrastructure improvements program. This provides access to the project controls solution.

P6 Web (Dashboards)

The Dashboard application allows access to the Measure A Project schedule and budget information. The dashboards are configured by Campus. Open the tab that corresponds to your campus. If you want to see detailed project information, use the “My Projects” portlet to open a specific project.

Contract Manager

Contract Manager is used primarily by Project Managers and Construction Managers to track and manage the project budget, expenditures, and document management associated with the contracts on a specific project. The budget is established when the project is approved. The budget includes all costs associated with a project, including items such as Design Fees, Construction Costs, Furniture & Equipment, Moving costs, etc.
