Watch Resilience, the Film

30 August 2018

Berkeley City College purchased an institutional copy of Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope as a part of an initiative to build trauma-informed institutions. As of September 2018, we’ve screened the film at 3 different colleges and will continue the discussion by building a community of practice around mental health and resilience.
