Strategic Enrollment Management Advisory Task Force

The purpose of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) planning at PCCD is to align outreach and recruitment, admissions, financial aid, class scheduling, instruction, student support services, and efficient pathways to student success and completion that will help students move in, move through and move on, as well as enrollment growth and fiscal viability. SEM planning is led by the SEM Advisory Task Force and is chaired by the VC of Enrollment Management.

Focus of SEM Advisory Task Force:

  • Align SEM Plan with PCCD Strategic Master Plan and mission
  • Develop an SEM purpose statement
  • Incorporate new and existing data and information so that plan is evidence-based
  • Develop broad districtwide SEM goals and strategic initiatives
  • Delineate District and college functions in SEM planning
  • Integrate with Student Services, Instruction, Facilities, and Fiscal resources
