January 17 M Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday – Holiday Observance
January 24 M Day and Evening Instruction Begins
January 29 S Saturday Instruction Begins
January 30 Su Last Day to Add without a Permission Number or Add Card
February 4 F  Last Day to Add Regular Session Classes in person with a Permission Number on Add Card
February 6 Su Last Day To Drop Regular Session Classes And Receive a Refund.
Note: Short-term and open-entry classes must be dropped within 10% of the first class meeting to receive a refund>>>Refund Drop Deadline Schedule.
February 6 Su Last Day to Drop Regular Session Classes Without a “W” Appearing on Transcripts.
February 6 Su  Last Day to Add Regular Session Classes with a Permission No. or Add Card
February 6 Su Census Roster Due – Instructors Verify Enrollment in Classes
February 11 F Last Day to File for PASS/NO PASS Grading Option for Regular Session Classes
February 18-21 F-M President’s Birthday– Holiday Observance
March 11 F Last Day to File Petitions for AA/ AS Degree/Certificate 
March 15 T Professional Day – No Instruction
 March 28- April 3                                 M-Su  Spring Recess
March 31 Th Cesar Chavez – Holiday Observance
April 29 F Last Day to Withdraw from Regular Session Classes and Receive a “W”. All outstanding fees are due even if classes are dropped on this day.
April 29 F Attendance Verification Day – Instructors Verify Enrollment
May 19 Th Malcolm X’s Birthday– Holiday Observance
May 21 S Saturday Instruction Ends
May 22-27  Su-F Final Examinations
May 27 F Spring Semester Ends
May 30 M Memorial Day– Holiday Observance
June 3 F Grade Roster/Rollbooks are Due

NOTE:  Last day to drop without a “W” appearing on transcript may vary for Short-Term and Open-Entry, Open-Exit classes.

Saturday classes begin January 29 and meet every Saturday.

Your  enrollment appointment date will be noted on your PASSPORT  Student Center  (under “Enrollment dates”) on or after November, 2021.
