The dates for the Summer  2019 semester are June 03, 2019 to July 26, 2019.

June 3                                      M Drop for Nonpayment of Tuition and Enrollment Fees
June 17 M Day and Evening Instruction Begins
June 24 M Last Day to Drop Regular Session Classes and Receive A Refund
Note: Short-term and open-entry classes must be dropped within 10% of the first class meeting to receive a refund>>>2019 Summer Refund Drop Deadline Schedule.
June 24 M Last Day to Drop Regular Session Classes Without a “W” Appearing on Transcript
June 24 M Last Day to Add Summer Session Classes
June 24 M Last Day to Submit Census Roster Due  “Online and On Time”-Instructor Verify Enrollment 
June 26 W Last Day to File for PASS/NO PASS Grading Option
July 1 M Last Day to File Petitions for AA or AS Degree/Certificate
July 4 Th Independence Day – Holiday Observance
July 17 W Last Day to Withdraw from Regular Session Classes and Receive a grade of  “W”. All outstanding fees are due even if classes are dropped on this day.
July 17 W Attendance Verification Day – Instructors Verify Enrollment and Submit Roster  “Online and On Time”
July 26 F Summer Session Ends
August 2 F Grade Rosters are Due “Online and On Time”

NOTE: Last day to drop without a “W”appearing on transcript may vary for Short-Term and Open-Entry, Open-Exit classes. 

The following types of courses do not apply to the calendar above: three week, four week, dynamically dated, short-term, open –entry, and open exit courses. Please refer to your Faculty Center or Student Center for the deadline dates for census, refund, change of grading option and withdrawal deadlines.

  • Placed on academic or progress probation or any combination thereof as defined in the Board Policies and District Administrative Procedure 4250 for two consecutive terms; or
  • Has earned one hundred (100) or more degree-applicable semester units at the district.
