Summer 2019 Six Week Summer Session-Important Dates & Deadlines

The dates for the Summer  2019 semester are June 13, 2019 to August 02, 2019.

June 13 Th Permission Numbers Available in Faculty Center
June 16 Su Last day for Waitlist 
June 17 M 6-Week Summer Session Begins
June 24 M Last Day to Add Classes
June 24 M Last Day to Drop  Regular Session Classes Without a grade of a “W” appearing on Transcripts and receive refund.

Note: Short-term and open-entry classes must be dropped within 10% of the first class meeting to receive a refund. >>>2019 Summer Refund Drop Deadline Schedule.

June 24 M  Census Roster Due
June 26 W Last Day to File for PASS/No PASS Grading Option
July 4 Th  Independence Day – Holiday Observance
July 17 W Last Day to Withdraw from Regular Session classes with a grade of “W”. All outstanding fees are due even if classes are dropped on this day.
July 17 W Deadline to Submit Attendance Verification Rosters Online
July 26 F  6-Week Summer Session Ends
July 26 F Grades Rosters Available in Faculty Center
August 02 F Grades Due from Instructors

NOTEThe following types of courses do not apply to the calendar above: three week, four week, dynamically dated, short-term, open–entry, and open exit courses. Please refer to your Faculty Center or Student Center for the deadline dates for census, refund, change of grading option and withdrawal deadlines.
