Oakland Promise Launch Will Boost College Graduation Rates

Make the Promise with us! Join Mayor Libby Schaaf, OUSD Superintendent Antwan Wilson, and Peralta Colleges Chancellor Jowel C. Laguerre, Ph.D, to launch the Oakland Promise at Oakland High, Thursday, January 28, 10AM. The Oakland Promise, aimed at increasing college graduation rates, is  a cradle-to-career community effort to ensure that every Oakland student graduates high school and is college- and career-ready.
