Join the ASLC and members of the campus community as we take part in a town-hall style discussion about the issues that affect students. Discussion topics will include fi nancial aid, affordable housing, jobs, community involvement, and leadership development. Discussions will feature guest speakers and time for an open forum for members of the public to bring forth issues and share experiences.

Student Leadership Retreat at Laney College, February 7, 10am-4pm

Join the ASLC and Laney clubs for a day of leadership development. Topics will include effective communication, exploration of group dynamics, introduction to parliamentary procedures, and using technology to build collaboration. Students will facilitate workshops and provide peers with the opportunity to share their experiences and learn about the values of leadership in the 21st century.
