The 2014 Health and Wellness Fair was a blast, thanks to Indra Thadani, Dylan Avery and everyone who pitched in to make a successful event! Held on the Laney College Campus, there was music, food, information and a ton of health related organizations that offered free advice and services. The Peralta Community College District supports student success by encouraging students to seek better health. There is more and more research evidence that students who engage in healthy activities persist and complete their studies.
