Ron Felzer long time Instructor of Natural History courses located at Merritt College, talks about the importance of taking the classroom outdoors. He has written trail guides to the Sierra Nevada for Wilderness Press since the early 1970’s. Ron has travelled, hiked and studied natural history on six continents. He shares his passion for nature with students by going all over the world to teach what he knows about nature.
