The October 7 meeting of the Peralta Colleges Board of Trustees featured a Legislative Update by our Sacramento lobbyists. The Machine Technology Program at Laney College was presented as a Program of Distinction. And Board members had a spirited discussion about the $15 million Career Pathways grant.

The February 25, 2014 meeting of the Peralta Colleges Board of Trustees featured an award to Laney College President Elñora Webb from the Western Regional Council on Black American Affairs. The Administration of Justice program at Merritt College was presented as a Program of Distinction. And Dr. Karolyn van Putten reported on the work of the District Technology Advisory Committee.
