The Bistro will officially open tomorrow, January 29, 2013 for the spring semester. International Cuisine Chef David Jones will feature Spain and Portugal. International cuisine is offered Tuesday and Wednesday. During our Thursday-Friday lunch days we feature traditional bistro cuisine our approach to “California Cuisine” with a little twist that Chef Laurence Jackson infuses in his menu. This is good food folks. So please join us for the Spring kickoff.
We are open from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. It is first come first serve. Please come enjoy the Bistro for lunch and support culinary learning.
