STEP TWO:
If you have not already at this stage, contact Peralta’s High School Articulation Specialist, Katie Koelle. Ms. Koelle can assist you in contacting the Peralta faculty member and can facilitate the articulation process. Katie Koelle can be reached at kkoelle@peralta.edu.
STEP THREE:
In order to enter into a formal articulation agreement, you need to format and then complete this form: PCCD Articulation Agreement.
STEP FOUR:
Peralta uses a system called CATEMA to award college credit. Students must register in CATEMA and complete the CCC Apply process before December 15 of the academic year s/he wishes to earn college credit. STEP FIVE:
High school teachers must enter final grades into CATEMA no later than June 15 in order for students to earn college credit. Transcripts can be requested here after June 30 of the academic year in which the student earned credit.
