The Peralta Community College District (college campuses and the district office) will remain closed through May 29, 2021.
To safeguard the health and wellbeing of the Peralta community, all Summer 2020 classes at Berkeley City College, College of Alameda, Laney College and Merritt College will be offered remotely
ID Badge Request
The procedure for obtaining an ID badge has been changed to an online system. New and replacement employee badges should be requested by the departmental hiring managers, deans, presidents, and Vice Chancellors. Click here for instructions on how to submit an ID badge request.
Minimum Wage – Berkeley City College
Effective July 1, 2020, the minimum wage for the City of Berkeley increase to $16.07 per hour. Please note this change when initiating Electronic Personnel Action Forms (ePAF) for new Berkeley City College (BCC) student employees.
