    ID Badge Request

    The procedure for obtaining an ID badge has been changed to an online system. New and replacement employee badges should be requested by the departmental hiring managers, deans, presidents and Vice Chancellors. Click here for instructions on how to submit an ID badge request.

    Oakland Minimum Wage Increase:

    Effective January 1, 2020, the City of Oakland Minimum Wage will be increased to $14.14 per hour. Please note this change when initiating Electronic Personnel Action Forms (ePAF) for new student employees.

    Written Employment Verification Requests

    Most requests will be processed in 3-5 business days. Employment verification for mortgage or loan companies, and that require detailed salary information, may require more time for processing. Please consider this time frame when submitting your requests.
