Student Employment

2021 Fall Semester Dates for Student Employment

August 23, 2021 – December 17, 2021

  • Student employees are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week
  • To be eligible for employment, students must have been enrolled in the summer session or the current Fall semester. (AP 7270)
  • A separate ePAF is required for 2021 Fall employment.
  • (In the comment section, please confirm the semester that the student is enrolled in and also include which manager the student will report to.)
  • As a reminder, HR has integrated the new hire student employment packets using Adobe Sign. This will allow the campuses to send new hire documents electronically to student workers and student workers will able to able to complete it online. For your convenience, please visit link below to review the job aids.
