Student Employment

2021 Summer Dates for Student Employment

June 1, 2021 – August 20, 2021

  • Student employees are allowed to work up to 40 hours per week
  • To be eligible for employment, students must have been enrolled in the Spring semester or the current summer session. (AP 7270)
  • A separate ePAF is required for 2021 Summer employment and you are only required to submit ONE for the summer session.
  • (In the comment section, please confirm the semester that the student is enrolled. **New: Please include the name of students reporting manager.**)
  • As a reminder, HR has integrated the new hire student employment packets using Adobe Sign. This will allow the campuses to send new hire student documents electronically to students directly and the student will able to able to complete it online. For your convenience, please visit link below to the job aids.
