Payroll Announcement – 5/25/17

The status of the salary increases effective 1/1/2017 for Peralta employees is as follows:

Local 39, Local 1021, confidentials, administrators: for both full and part-time employees, the increase is reflected in your 5/31 pay. The retroactive pay since 1/1/17 will be paid no later than 7/15/17.

PFT: for both full and part-time instructors, we are still working with PFT to finalize the salary tables. At this time, we do not have a firm date as to when the increases will be included in pay, nor when retroactive pay will be paid.

Payroll Announcement – 12/07/16

The holidays and 2016 year end are approaching quickly. Here are a few important reminders:

  • W-2 processing will occur during the month of January. By law, W-2s must be postmarked no later than January 31st. We will make every effort to mail W-2s prior to January 31, 2017. We will send out an announcement when they are mailed so everyone can watch for their mail.
  • Please verify the address on your pay statement. This is the address used to mail your W-2. If you have moved and your address is not current, please visit the Self Service Address option available in PROMT. Students can update via the Passport Student Portal. If neither of these options are available to you, then please access the Change of Address form and submit it directly to HR.

Note: The U.S. Postal Service will not forward W-2 forms even if you have filed a change of address with them; instead they will be returned to our office.

Kind Regards,
