ANNUAL SECURITY REPORT (ASR)
As Required by the Jeanne Clery Act
The Peralta Community College District (PCCD) Annual Security Report (ASR) is provided in accordance with the Crime Awareness and Campus Safety Act of 1990 and subsequent amendments that led to its being renamed the Jeanne Clery Act in 1998.
The ASR is part of ongoing efforts to inform you of the safety programs and services available and the crimes that are reported to Peralta Safety Services, local police partners, and other campus security personnel. It also contains information about proactive steps you can take to help maintain a safe and secure campus for everyone.
