Spring 2011 Priority Enrollment Appointments are now available for continuing students on the Passport System. Please log into the Passport System to view your enrollment appointment.You can enroll online any time after your appointment. (Postcards with your Spring 2011 information will not be mailed to you. It is very important that you log into the Passport System to view your enrollment information)

The Spring 2011 semester begins Monday, January 24, 2011 and ends Friday, May 27, 2011

PLEASE NOTE:  Any student who enrolls before the beginning of the term must submit tuition payment no later than two (2) weeks before the beginning of the term.  Failure to do so will result in classes being dropped.  Any student who adds after this deadline is required to pay tuition fees immediately or a hold WILL be placed on the student’s account and the debt will be sent to collections.  All students are encouraged to pay tuition and past due fees by credit card in their Student Center on our secure Passport Student Administration System.

The PASSPORT system will allow you to:

  • Easily search the schedule of classes
  • Add and drop classes
  • Check holds
  • Order Official Transcripts Online
  • Update your personal information such as mailing address, phone number, etc,
  • View grades/transcripts
  • Check fees and balances and much more!

Tips on How to search the Schedule of classes online and Reference Guides are available to help you navigate the PASSPORT Student Administration System (adding, dropping, etc…) easily.
